Low Temperature

2700 Series Self-Regulating Cable is an industrial grade, heat tracing cable that is built for applications where operational temperatures do not exceed 150°F (65°C). The applications for this low temperature heat trace cable range from roof and gutter deicing, to driveway heating, to freeze protection. 2700 Series Self Regulating Cable has improved technology allowing it to not burnout when overlapped over itself. This allows the cable to be easily installed without the use of rigorous pipe strapping and meticulous spacing, saving you money on installation costs! Our cable can be cut to length in the field, allowing you to  order the minimum amount needed for the job, and cut each piece to the exact length. The cable has an intermittent exposure temperature of 185°F (85°C). Some of the useful features of this long-lasting cable are:

Medium Temperature

2300 Series Self-Regulating Cable is an industrial grade, heat tracing cable that is built for applications where operational temperatures do not exceed 250°F (65°C). The applications for this medium temperature heat trace cable range from freeze protection to process temperature maintenance and can be used in both hazardous and non-hazardous environments. 2300 Series Cable is ideal for installations where the machinery is steam-cleaned, as the fluoropolymer (FEP) jacket is capable of withstanding the high temperatures associated with such processes. As an added bonus, FEP is not chemically reactive with ANY chemical (except fluoride in its purest form) making your cable impervious to any hazardous conditions it might encounter. Our cable can be cut to length in the field, and it has a maximum exposure temperature rated at 366°F (185°C).

High Temperature

2000 Series Self Regulating Cable is an industrial grade, heat tracing cable that is built for applications where operational temperatures do not exceed 375°F (190°C). This extremely durable cable has applications in environments with high operating temperatures; hazardous and non-hazardous areas; environments where mechanical failure is generally a higher risk; explosive environments; environments where either organic or other corrosive materials are present; and fluid storage containers which must be maintained at high temperatures. Nickel plated and Steel plated buss wires are available for added mechanical advantage and a thermoplastic film (PFA) overjacket adds an extra layer of protection for extreme applications. Our cable can be cut to length in the field and has an intermittent exposure temperature rated at 450°F (232°C). Useful features of this cable include:
