Phoenix Constant Wattage
Heat Trace Cable
Low Temperature
Phoenix Low Temperature Constant Wattage Cable is made of 14 gauge buss wires and utilizes zone heating technology allowing the installer to cut-to-length infield, saving on material costs. The heat trace is built for applications where operational temperatures do not exceed 150°F (66°C). The applications for this cable range from foundation heating, to process temperature maintenance and freeze protection. In accepted industry standards, cables can vary on the resistance in the wires by 10% or more, but here at Phoenix Heat, we ensure our resistance variance meets a standard of no more than 1% error, ensuring your cable is exactly what it says it is on the label. We use only the longest lasting, most durable materials to build our cable, and as a result, our cable has lasted in the field for over 20 years with no warranty recalls.

Medium Temperature
Phoenix Medium Temperature Constant Wattage Cable is made with 12 gauge buss wires and utilizes zone heating technology. The heat trace is built for applications where operational temperatures do not exceed 200°F (93°C). The applications for this cable exist in the oil industry where parafin problems exist, hazardous locations where mechanical advantages are needed to keep the cable from being destroyed, and corrosive environments where oxidizers are present. Here at Phoenix Heat we ensure our resistance variance meets a standard of no more than 1% error, ensuring your cable is built to the exact specifications needed. We use only the longest lasting, most durable materials to build our cable, and as a result, our cable has lasted in the field for over 20 years with no warranty recalls.
